BREYNER acts as a data controller when it processes personal data of its customers, prospects, suppliers, partners, candidates or other third parties (“data subjects”).  We use the personal data that you have provided to us, such as your name, the company you are affiliated with, e-mail address, office address, phone number and, if you are a client, information relating to your file.

Client’s files.  BREYNER processes personal data for various purposes, such as treating files for our customers, orders management, issuing invoices, technical/marketing advices.  If you are an individual representing a company that is our client, we may process your personal data on the basis of our client’s and BREYNER’s legitimate interests (i.e. suppling the goods).  Individuals representing our customers will receive our newsletters and informations but you are free to unsubscribe at any time and at no cost. 

We will store the personal data relating to your case as long as the files are being treated.  We will archive the file (and the personal data included in it) upon closure and we will have the files destroyed after 3 years following the closure of the file.

Recruitment.  BREYNER processes personal data for recruitment purposes, based on the legitimate interests of BREYNER and the candidate.  BREYNER will not transfer the personal data of candidates to third parties.

BREYNER will keep your personal data for the duration of the recruitment process.  We will erase the personal data of the candidates to whom no job offer is made.

Information and communication.  BREYNER also processes personal data for the purposes of business development and marketing.   You may receive our newsletter and informations.  For these purposes we obtain your consent and you may at all times and at no cost withdraw your consent. DALDEWOLF will keep your data until you unsubscribe or otherwise withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data.

As a data subject, you are entitled to request access to your personal data, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, portability of your data and you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation.  BREYNER will try its best to meet your request at the soonest. You can exercise your rights by sending an e-mail to dpo@breyner.fr, providing proof of your identity.

As a data subject, you are entitled to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
